As much as I love the winter time and the cold weather we've been having, I'm just about over these frozen bones and bulky winter clothes! While I long for the winter when we're in the midst of our hot months, I'm also that girl who complains about the weather being too cold after a few months of solid freezing temperatures, so, I'm looking forward to the warmth of spring! There are so many things about winter that I love (snow, holidays, relatives visiting, etc.) but one thing I don't love about the change in temperature is the fact that it dries out my skin!

Now that winter is coming to an end and there is warm weather on the horizon, I've got summer on my mind and am stocking up on beauty products to help get my skin summer ready! I couldn't be happier to say goodbye to my winter skin and welcome in the sun-kissed look of summer. During my preparation for the summer months, I was able to partner with Hydro Peptide to review their LumaPro-C formula, which specifically targets hyper-pigmentation or discoloration of the skin. If you've suffered from age spots, sun damage (common in the warmer states), pigmentation from acne (another big one) or even pregnancy mask, this is the formula you want to look into trying out.

LumaPro-C works to help correct common skin issues and safely brightens your complexion. The formula is a drug free pigment corrector that helps to minimize the appearance of all types of hyper-pigmentation, like those age spots or acne spots. As someone who knows the struggle of getting those acne spots from my younger years to disappear and who also wanted to brighten up my skin for summer, this product couldn't have come at a better time.

Made up of a powerful collection of corrective skin brighteners, including a Brightening Peptide and Preservative Peptide, LumaPro-C helps correct problem areas and will help improve the appearance, health and brightness of your skin over time. Using the serum is so easy, even those with very little beauty experience can handle it, no problem. Just apply a small amount to clean skin and follow up with your favorite moisturizer.

Speaking of moisturizer, my readers might remember another post I did recently about my experience with Evian and Exuvience Restorative Complex. Whether you're just starting out in your beauty routine or are looking to add a new moisturizer to an existing routine, the Restorative Complex would be a great product to use in conjunction with your LumaPro-C serum. as it is a wonderful moisturizer that you can apply before bed if you happen to have a hectic morning schedule and not enough time to work moisturizer into your beauty regime.
